    Provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. When you’re living with a mental health problem, or supporting someone who is, having access to the right information is vital.

  • NHS: Every Mind Matters

    Offers expert advice and practical tips to help you look after your mental health and wellbeing. There are little things we can all do to help look after our mental health. Having good mental health helps us relax more, achieve more and enjoy our lives more. 

  • NHS Counselling & Advice Service

    Counselling is a talking therapy that involves a trained therapist listening to you and helping you find ways to deal with emotional issues. Counselling can help you cope with a mental health condition, an upsetting physical health condition, a difficult life event or difficult emotions.

    MoneyHelper joins up money and pensions guidance to make it quicker and easier to find the right help, MoneyHelper brings together the support and services of three government-backed financial guidance providers: the Money Advice Service, the Pensions Advisory Service and Pension Wise.
